POLICY
PRPF Therapy Society (hereinafter referred to as "the Society") recognizes the importance of personal information obtained from our stakeholders and considers its protection to be fundamental to our business activities and one of our most important operational issues. In order to provide safe, secure, and reliable services to everyone, we have established the following basic policy, which we will ensure is fully understood and observed by all officers, employees, and members.
1. Basic Policy
The Society shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations. We shall also establish internal regulations regarding personal information protection (hereinafter referred to as "Society Regulations"), implement and maintain them, and strive for continuous improvement. The Society shall establish a management system for personal information protection, ensure that all officers, employees, and affiliated members are fully aware of the Society Regulations, and strive to ensure thorough compliance. The Society shall handle personal information within the scope of the purpose of use clearly indicated to users. Furthermore, the Society shall not disclose or provide personal information provided by users to third parties, except with the user's consent or where there is a justifiable reason. The Society shall strive to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. We will continuously implement technical and organizational safety management measures, such as adopting cloud systems with communication encryption (SSL/TLS) and advanced security functions. The Society shall respond sincerely and promptly to inquiries and requests for disclosure regarding personal information from users.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
When obtaining personal information from users, the Society will clearly indicate the purpose of use in advance and use the information within that scope. If it becomes necessary to use a user's personal information beyond the scope of the purpose clearly indicated in advance, we will notify the user to that effect and obtain the user's consent before doing so. The purposes of use of personal information held by the Society are as follows:

To introduce, coordinate, and mediate with medical institutions (member clinics) affiliated with the Society.

3. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
The Society acquires personal information by lawful and fair means.
4. Provision to Third Parties and Joint Use of Personal Information
The Society shall not disclose or provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
With the user's consent.
When required by law.
When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent.
When specifically necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent.
When business succession occurs due to merger, business transfer, or other reasons.
[Cooperation with Affiliated Medical Institutions] In order to respond to inquiries and medical consultations from patients and users, the Society may share (jointly use) or provide acquired personal information (name, contact information, consultation details, etc.) to medical institutions (member clinics) affiliated with the Society. We obligate the recipient medical institutions to maintain strict management similar to that of the Society.

For inquiries regarding disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, etc., of users' personal information, please contact us via the Society's website.
6. Other Matters
1. Access Information Our website may acquire access log information in order to provide better services. This is used for statistical analysis and is not intended to identify specific individuals.
2. Cookies Our website uses cookies in some parts to make it more comfortable to use. Cookies can be rejected by browser settings. However, if cookies are rejected, some functions of the site may become unavailable.
3. Changes to Privacy Policy The Society may change the content of this policy as necessary. The changed content shall take effect from the time it is posted on this site.
